Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Wellness and Nutrition Care Centre, we strive to provide the highest quality services and products. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund or cancel a service. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Service Cancellations

Appointments:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

Programs and Packages:

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a program or package, you must notify us at least 7 days before the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Once a program or package has begun, no refunds will be issued.

2. Product Refunds

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided for digital downloads, online courses, or e-books once access has been granted.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned product or cancellation request.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
4. Exceptions

Certain promotions, discounts, and special offers may not be eligible for refunds. Please refer to the terms of the specific promotion for more details.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
