Shipping of Physical Products

    • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

    • We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the weight of the items.

    • Standard Shipping: US $ 5

    • Expedited Shipping: US $ 10

  • Delivery Time:

    • Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the country. 

  • Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package online.

  • Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently ship to Jamaica. If you are outside of these areas, please contact us to discuss alternative shipping options.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital Downloads:

    • Digital products, such as recipe e-books and online courses, are available for download immediately after purchase. You will receive a download link via email once your payment has been processed.

  • Access Issues:

    • If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

3. Shipping of Books and Merchandise

  • Books:

    • Physical books are shipped according to the same terms outlined above for physical products. Digital books (e-books) are delivered via download link immediately after purchase.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Order Changes:

    • If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Order Cancellations:

    • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items:

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments:

    • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement if necessary.
